    Barr Hill Gin is distilled once in our custom-built botanical extraction still with wild juniper and then finished with regional raw honey. The raw honey contributes botanical depth from the countless wildflowers foraged by the bees. You might ask: How do we extract such complexity from simple raw materials? Our secrets are kept in the hive and appreciated in every sip.

    By federal law, orders containing spirits must be sent to an address where someone 21+ is available to receive and sign for it. If you are gifting spirits, please let the recipient know the gift is coming and they will need to be home to receive and sign for the delivery. After three delivery attempts, if no one can receive and sign, the order will be returned to the retailer and you will receive a refund for the spirits but not for the shipping.

    Very happy with my Barr Hill Gin- enjoyed it first with a lemon martini and the flavor was beautifully enhanced by the honey. This is a keeper!

    My favorite gin!

    Barr Hill gin is my favorite!! The honey syrup is very nice too. Tried the Tom Cat gin out of curiosity and it is much more like a bourbon….so if you like bourbon, you would like this. Shipping and packaging was excellent.
