Spiced Cranberry Gin Gimlet

Fall spices and cranberry makes the Spiced Cranberry Gin Gimlet perfect for the holidays and entertaining. Bright, refreshing and deliciously festive!

Ingredients

2oz Barr Hill Gin
1oz Spiced Cranberry Honey Syrup*
.75oz Fresh Lime Juice

Preparation

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

*Spiced Cranberry Honey Syrup:
1 cup raw honey
.5 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
1 cinnamon stick
2 pieces star anise
4-5 cloves
.5tsp ground ginger

 Add all ingredients to a pot and gently heat, stirring occasionally, until the honey has dissolved. Remove from heat, let steep for 30 mins, then strain out the spices.
