Jasmine's Slipper

Bright and bittersweet summery cocktail with fresh citrus notes. Dry shaking without ice first incorporates all the ingredients and whips the egg white into a frothy, velvety smooth texture.

Ingredients:

1.5oz Barr Hill Gin
.5oz Campari
.5oz Cointreau
.25oz Honey Syrup
.75oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (without ice). Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a few drops of Angostura Bitters.
