    Made From 100% Raw Honey

    Barr Hill Vodka is our tribute to the hardworking beekeepers. In late summer, we take delivery of hundreds of barrels of their pure raw honey. Their season’s work is what makes our vodka truly special. Our recipe depends on two simple principles: we never heat the honey prior to fermentation and we never distill more than twice. By preserving the wild yeast and rich aromatics of the nectar, we capture the essence of the wildflower fields and bring it straight to your glass. With three pounds of raw honey in every bottle, our vodka is a true labor of love.

    By federal law, orders containing spirits must be sent to an address where someone 21+ is available to receive and sign for it. If you are gifting spirits, please let the recipient know the gift is coming and they will need to be home to receive and sign for the delivery. After three delivery attempts, if no one can receive and sign, the order will be returned to the retailer and you will receive a refund for the spirits but not for the shipping.

    We first came across this vodka on a trip through Vermont and seven other states in the NE (we're from the Pacific NW). Loved the cocktail it made when we visited the distillery. Unfortunately, it is not sold in our state so we have it shipped to us so that we can make our Friday martinis, using the same recipe from the distillery. That's how much we love this vodka.

    Just Perfect!

    I purchased a case of the 350ml bottles… as a beekeep Barr Hill is a natural for me… this year I shared a bottle of the Barr Hill Vodka and a jar of my honey to neighbors, friends and clients. SO much more personal and “fun” to share… Just Perfect.

    The gin is delicious and very sipable. I love the subtle sweetness. The "vodka" (which I think is more like a honey brandy) is very smooth with a nice honey/floral flavor.

    Amazing vodka

    We were passing through Vermont. We're from Oregon and trust me, we have lots of excellent craft distilleries. This is the vodka I'll be ordering on-line (until they offer it over here!). My wife usually doesn't go for cocktails but asks for one made with this vodka. It's not that it is sweet (just a little) but the honey adds a complexity that I've not found in other spirits. It is opening many options and creative mixes in my future. Keep up the excellent work!

    My New Favorite Vodka

    My son introduced me to Barr Hill Vodka at Thanksgiving. It is the first Vodka I have truly enjoyed on the rocks. No twist, just BH on ice. The refreshing taste absolutely (no pun intended) needs no additions. I then ordered it through the mail because I can't imagine drinking anything else. I can't seem to find any place in Alabama that carries it, so I was impressed with how the distillers were able to get it to me quickly without any breakage. I am telling everyone I know who drinks Vodka about this. As a former bartender, I think this is the best thing ever to offer my personal guests. I hope to see it available in the south soon! 😉

    Unique and wonderful spirit

    I drink whiskeys and whiskies, gins, wines, rums, and other spirits regularly, but rarely do I use vodka for anything. That said, I keep Barr Hill vodka on hand and enjoy it immensely. Nothing compares. The aroma, mouthfeel, and flavor are like no other spirit. Enjoyable in any season. Terrific neat or in cocktails. My wife even uses Barr Hill Vodka in baking (unbelievable pie crust). Try it. You'll like it.

    Delivery problem

    I ordered a bottle of the honey infused Vodka for my Fathers bday since it is his favorite. It was not delivered to the right address and missed his bday. But they were very professional about the mishap and had it delivered to the right address a few days after, I appreciated there addressing the it in a timely matter. I will be buying the vodka again since he loves it.

    Both the Vodka and the Gin were very good.

    They both tasted very good. The price was a little high for everyday consumption. However for a gift it was prefect.
