Every bottle of Barr Hill Spirits is hand crafted with regional raw honey that supports responsible beekeepers and their stewardship of the environment. Our award winning spirits capture the botanical essence of our landscape, naturally foraged by the bees.

Founded by a beekeeper and a distiller, we’re passionate about creating a more bee-friendly world and ensuring a sustainable future for all to enjoy.

We Invite you to Raise your Barr with Barr Hill, the best choice for pollinators and planet!

Without pollinators, our plates and glasses would look pretty bland.

Many of the ingredients and flavors we love rely on pollinators to exist.

Check out two of our favorite recipes below that depend on pollinators.
