    This is Barr Hill's house ginger syrup, available exclusively by Barr Hill.

    Made with fresh ginger and sweetened only with raw honey, this syrup is ideal for mixing with Barr Hill spirits for a cocktail, or to enjoy in your favorite mocktail recipe. Use it in a single cocktail or as an easy and delicious ingredient in a punch.

    Refrigerate after opening. We recommend using within 60 days.

    I love using this in cocktails, it’s super ginger-y and mixes well too! I even like adding this to seltzer better than store bought ginger beer, it has a more pronounced ginger flavor.

    We have been using Pratt standard Ginger Syrup. They’ve paused operations so I’m looking for something similar. What percent of daily value is sugar in the Barr Hill Ginger Syrup?

    I use this to spice up any cocktail that could use a little oomph. Instead of ginger beer try some of this syrup with club soda or tonic. A little goes a long way.

    Thank you for your delicious ginger syrup which is used sparingly in our cocktails. Although I would like to have it nightly, we save it for special occasion cocktails paired with Barr Hill gin and there is nothing better than that first sip.
