A haunting twist on a classic

1.5oz Phyllis Rye Whiskey or Tom Cat Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth

Stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.

1 oz Barr Hill Gin
0.75 oz Cointreau 
0.75 oz Cocchi Americano
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Rinse Absinthe

Rinse a cocktail glass with Absinthe. Shake remaining ingredients with ice, then strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with an expressed lemon twist.

Black Manhattan

Perfect for Midnight Cocktail Hour

2 oz Tom Cat Gin
1 oz Averna Amaro
3-4 dashes Aromatic Bitters

Stir with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.

Hive Noir

FROM THE DARK SIDE OF THE HIVE

1.5 oz Tom Cat Gin
0.75 oz Averna Amaro
0.25 oz Oloroso Sherry
0.5 oz Burnt Honey Syrup (or regular honey syrup)
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.

Better Than Brains

1.75 oz Barr Hill Gin
0.5 oz Licor 43
0.5 oz Matcha Honey Syrup*
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White

Dry shake without ice. Shake again with ice. Double strain into a cocktail glass and top with a few drops of Angostura Bitters.

*Matcha Honey Syrup: combine 1c raw honey and 1/2c matcha tea (while hot). Stir until the honey has dissolved. Store in the fridge.

Black Cat Negroni

A black cat that brings good luck!

1.5 oz Tom Cat Gin
1 oz Cynar
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/2 tsp Fernet

Stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.

Thunder, lightning, and gin

2 oz Tom Cat Gin
1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Cinnamon Honey Syrup*
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an expressed grapefruit twist.

*Cinnamon Honey Syrup: in a pan, combine 1c honey, 1/2c water, and 2-3 cinnamon sticks, roughly chopped. Heat on low for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally to dissolve the honey. Remove from heat and let the cinnamon steep for 30 minutes before straining.
