1.5oz Barr Hill Gin
0.75oz Honey syrup (2 parts raw honey & 1 part hot water)
0.75oz Fresh lemon juice
Dry hard cider
Add everything but the cider to a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a flute glass. Top with cider and garnish with a lemon twist.
