Clover Club

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Barr Hill Gin
0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice  
0.75 oz Raspberry syrup 
1 egg white
Fresh Raspberries

Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a shaker, dry shake without ice, add ice and shake again, then double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries
