    The Tom Cat Limited Cask series is an opportunity to push boundaries and to continue learning and exploring new possibilities in barrel-aged gin.

    First aged in new American oak, this special release of Tom Cat Gin was then finished in aromatic bitters barrels. Hints of rich brown sugar and a bouquet of citrus and herbs from the bitters barrels accent Tom Cat’s layers of baking spice, vanilla and coniferous notes.

    This unique release has aromas of a classic Old Fashioned built right into the bottle making it the perfect gin for sipping neat or on the rocks

If you are gifting spirits, please let the recipient know the gift is coming and they will need to be home to receive and sign for the delivery. After three delivery attempts, if no one can receive and sign, the order will be returned to the retailer and you will receive a refund for the spirits but not for the shipping.

    Maybe a slight improvement on an already world-class sipping Gin as far as complexity in the finish, won't be for everyone.

    Great straight or with tonic

    We’re primarily into G&Ts, but I’ve convinced my wife to try the Bitters (and the Ginnaversary) straight, and we’re both impressed. Interestingly, we both prefer the Ginnaversary (ever so slightly) when drunk near, but WOW…the Bitters G&T is amazing. Keep up the great work and options!

    Tasted good… but was expecting more of a hint of Campari or something like that… but it was more of an Amaro spice instead… still a good product… love your gins…
