Double Oaked, the first release

Phyllis & Her Walk in the Woods is a series of distinctly Vermont rye whiskeys harmonizing the flavors and terroir of local agriculture with cask finishes from around the world.

Our first release in the 2024 series, Double-Oaked is redolent of the strong Vermont Rye character that is the hallmark of Phyllis. Rich chocolatey and peppery notes are softened by the secondary aging in a Moscatel barrel with traces of grape coming forward. 

Tasting Notes: abundant Vermont rye spice and fruity top notes, with warm pastry and spiced cookie aromas. 

Ideal for sipping or enjoying on the rocks.

After three delivery attempts, if no one can receive and sign, the order will be returned to the retailer and you will receive a refund for the spirits but not for the shipping.
