Barr Hill Gin is our ode to the hardworking bees of the Northeast. Each batch is distilled in our custom-built botanical extraction still. The juniper-forward botanicals are brought to a perfect balance by the floral depth of the raw honey.
Tom Cat Gin is an expedition into uncharted territories. Once distilled, we age the gin in new American oak barrels in search of a bolder expression. The robust character of the new oak barrel mingles with the coniferous quality of the juniper, yielding an enticing aroma.
A touch of raw honey leaves this revolutionary spirit remarkably approachable, whether drinking neat or in a cocktail.
This set comes with a 375ml of each spirit, as well as 1lb jar of our raw Northern honey, which is the distinguished ingredient that makes our Barr Hill Spirits truly unique.
Orders containing spirits must be sent to an address where someone 21+ is available to receive and sign for it.

It’s should be better way for shipping. Sign in the box need to mention the delivery guys. We got a broken honey jar. Super nasty and very disappointing. Still waiting for replacement order. Because it gonna be a gift for our friend.

I was happy to send the gift of Barr Hill but the ordering process never let me include a gift message so that the recipients knew it was from me!

I originally ordered for a friend and didn’t double check the shipping info before hitting submit. Even though I clicked different billing and shipping address, the website deferred back to my billing address. I wasn’t able with to contact UPS in time to re-route my package. The package came to me and I am unable to ship alcohol. I am keeping the package for myself. So I went back on and reordered and that is how I noticed the glitch in your website. It did the same thing with the address but this time I entered it twice and it shipped to the proper address. Just a little frustrating when shipping costs are so high.
