Valentine's Day Cocktail Recipes
Fall head over heels for these romantic cocktails!
Pink Lady
1.5 oz Barr Hill Gin
0.5 oz Apple Brandy
0.5 oz Pomegranate Grenadine*
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Egg White (or Vegan Foamer)
Peychaud's Bitters to garnish
Dry shake ingredients without ice. Add ice and shake again, then double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a few drops of Peychaud's bitters on top.
*Avoid the neon red artificial grenadine! Real grenadine is a delicious and complex pomegranate syrup. You can easily find it online or try making your own.
Espresso Martini
2 oz Tom Cat Gin
1 oz Espresso
0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
0.25 oz Maple Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top.
Kombucha Collins
2 oz Barr Hill Gin
0.75 oz Honey or Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Top with Kombucha, pick your favorite flavor
Combine Barr Hill Gin, syrup and lemon juice in a Collins glass with ice and stir. Add Kombucha top. Pour slowly - the color of the Kombucha creates a beautiful effect for a cocktail as enticing to look at as it is to sip. Garnish with a lemon wedge or wheel.

0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
0.25 oz Fernet Branca
Orange Twist
Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into a Nick & Nora cocktail glass. Express an orange twist to garnish.
Maiden Flight
2 oz Barr Hill Vodka
0.5 oz Maraschino Liqueur
0.25 oz Creme de Violette
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Combine ingredients in a mixing tin, add ice, and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
Jasmine's Slipper
1.5 oz Barr Hill Gin
0.5 oz Campari
0.5 oz Cointreau
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White (or vegan foamer)
Dry shake everything without ice. Shake again with ice. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a few drops of Angostura Bitters on top.
Mocha Manhattan
2 oz Tom Cat Gin
0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
0.25 oz Coffee Liqueur
4 dashes Chocolate Bitters
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Cocktail Cherry to garnish
Stir Tom Cat, vermouth and coffee liqueur in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a cocktail cherry.

1.5 oz Milk Chocolate Vodka*
0.25 oz Passionfruit Puree (or sub Chinola Passionfruit Liqueur)
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Honey Syrup (2:1 ratio)
1 oz Tazo Passion Tea
Cava to top
Shake all ingredients except cava with ice. Strain into a goblet or balloon glass dipped in melted chocolate and filled with pebble ice. Top with cava.
*Add 1 oz chopped milk chocolate to 10oz of Barr Hill Vodka for 24 hours. Shake regularly. Strain through a coffee filter and enjoy in cocktails.
