SOUTHSIDE

2 oz Barr Hill Gin
1 oz Fresh lime juice
0.75 oz Simple syrup
6-8 Mint leavesMuddle mint leaves and simple syrup in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake and double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh mint.

2 oz Barr Hill Gin
0.5 oz Passionfruit syrup
4 oz Tonic water
Raspberries
LIme wheelBuild in a collins glass with ice. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with fresh raspberries and lime wheel.

0.75 oz Chinola passion fruit liqueur
0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz Orgeat syrup
0.25 oz FalernumCombine ingredients in shaker tin with ice and shake. Strain into a glass over crushed ice and garnish with a cherry and a lime twist.

This riff on a Pina Colada brings the sweet tropical flavors forward, balanced with a depth of rich Tom Cat oak and a hefty dose of Angostura bitters. It's a bold, unique twist on a Colada perfect for any season.
1.5 oz Tom Cat Gin
0.5 oz Angostura bitters
1.5 oz Pineapple juice
0.75 oz Fresh lime juice
0.75 oz Cream of coconut
0.25 oz Maple syrupShake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a glass with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds and an orange slice.
