Jungle Cat

A Tom Cat spin on the classic Jungle Bird

1.5 oz Tom Cat Gin
0.75 oz Campari
1.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz VT Maple Syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass over fresh pebble ice. Garnish with a cherry and pineapple wedge.

A gin-based riff on a Mojito

2 oz Barr Hill Gin
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
6-8 Mint Leaves

Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake and double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh mint.

tropic & tonic

A G&T with a tropical twist

2 oz Barr Hill Gin
0.5 oz Passionfruit Syrup
4 oz Tonic Water
Raspberries to garnish
Lime Wheel to garnish

Add ingredients to a Collins glass with ice. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with fresh raspberries and lime wheel.

OUt of this world flavor

1.5 oz Barr Hill Gin
0.75 oz Chinola Passionfruit Liqueur
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Orgeat Syrup
0.25 oz Falernum

Combine ingredients in shaker tin with ice and shake. Strain into a glass over crushed ice and garnish with a cherry and a lime twist.

Tom Cat Colada

If you like pina coladas....

1.5 oz Tom Cat Gin
0.5 oz Angostura Bitters
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 oz Cream of Coconut
0.25 oz Maple syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a glass with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds and an orange slice.

Donn Likes to Party

inspired by a classic

1.25 oz Tom Cat Gin
0.75 oz St Johnsbury Spiced Rum
0.5 oz China China (or another amaro)
1.25 oz Donn's Mix*
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Basil to garnish

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a glass with pebble ice. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

*The infamous "Donn's Mix" can be found in many tropical cocktails. Bring 1 c water, 1 c sugar, 3 cinnamon sticks to a boil and simmer for two minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for 2 hours, then strain. Add ~3c fresh grapefruit juice (should be 2 parts grapefruit to 1 part cinnamon syrup). Refrigerate and use in tropical cocktails.

1.25 oz Salted Caramel Vodka* or Barr Hill Vodka
0.5 oz Rum
0.75 oz Passionfruit Puree
0.25 oz Vanilla Syrup
0.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz Prosecco Sidecar

Shake everything but the Prosecco with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve with the separate sidecar of Prosecco.

*Warm one 2oz jar of Fat Toad Salted Caramel and add to a 750ml bottle of Barr Hill Vodka. Shake / stir vigorously. Freeze for 24 hours, shaking regularly. Strain and enjoy in cocktails!

Passionate Bee's Knees

2 oz Barr Hill Gin
0.5 oz Chinola Passionfruit Syrup
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Shake everything with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
