Brown Butter Tom Cat

Fatwash Tom Cat Gin for a delicious addition to your home bar.

Brown Butter Tom Cat

1 bottle Tom Cat Gin
1 stick butter

Melt and brown butter carefully in a saucepan. Pour the Tom Cat into a larger container and add the melted, browned butter.

Freeze for 24 hours.

Remove the frozen butter and strain, pouring back into the Tom Cat bottle. Label so you don't mix it up with a classic Tom Cat already in your bar:)
