DEMOS IN THE BACK BAR
1pm - VT Adventures in Fermentation will be doing a demo on kraut-making for the home kitchen
1:30pm - Watson Wheeler Cider will be doing an apple tasting and discussing which apple qualities make the best ciders
2pm - Bridge St Breads will be doing a sourdough demo
2:30pm - our bar team will do a demo on making tepache, a lightly fermented pineapple "juice" we use in cocktails that makes use of the rinds and peels -
TOURS
Join us at 1pm and 3pm for complimentary tours of our distillery floor and barrel room. Learn more about fermentation and distillation! Just check in at the host stand a few minutes before tours start (please note - tours are for 21+ only).

SAMPLING
We'll be offering complimentary samples of spirits in our retail shop, including samples of our newest release of Phyllis Rye Whiskey, aged in maple barrels.

COCKTAILS & SNACKS
We'll be featuring cocktails, bar snacks and small plates for purchase. No table service, just order at the food stand and at the bar.
TICKETS & HOURS

Tickets are needed for the event from 12pm to 4pm, and to access the demos and the mini-tours. You can purchase $8 tickets in advance online, or $10 tickets at the door on Sunday 10/18 (kids 12 and under are free, but please note that people under 21 are not allowed on the tours).
Our cocktail bar and retail shop will remain open in the front bar for regular service.
