APPLE COCKTAILS

The apple harvest inspires delicious cocktails for
fall and winter!

Old Fashioned Mill #4

A harvest riff on the Old Fashioned

1 oz Tom Cat Gin
1 oz Apple Brandy
0.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes Apple Bitters

Stir ingredients in a mixing glass. Strain over a single large ice cube in a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.

Twist of Vermont

2 oz Barr Hill Vodka
4-5 Blackberries, Raspberries, or a combination
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Maple Syrup
Maple Foam to top* (optional!)

Gently muddle syrup and berries in a mixing tin. Add vodka, lemon juice and ice, and shake. Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Top with maple foam.

*Maple foam:
2 egg whites
3oz water
1.5oz maple syrup
1oz lemon juice (strained)

Whisk together then add to an iSi whipping siphon. Double charge with two N2O canisters shaking vigorously and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.

Spiced Apple Bee's Knees

Honey and apple, a perfect match

2 oz Barr Hill Gin
1.5 oz Apple Cider
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Cinnamon-Honey Syrup
6 dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine ingredients in a mixing tin with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks
glass with fresh ice. Garnish with apple slices and/or a cinnamon stick.

Jungle Cat

Maple meets tropical

1.5 oz Tom Cat Gin
0.75 oz Campari
1.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Maple Syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass over fresh pebble ice. Garnish with a cherry and pineapple wedge.

Maple Tom Cat Sour

Delicious maple flavor

2 oz Tom Cat Gin
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Maple Syrup
Egg White
Bitters for garnish

Add ingredients to a mixing tin and dry shake without ice. Add ice and shake again then double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with bitters drops.
