PX Sherry Cask, the fourth release

Phyllis & Her Walk in the Woods is a series of distinctly Vermont rye whiskeys harmonizing the flavors and terroir of local agriculture with cask finishes from around the world.

Our fourth and final release in the 2024 series, PX Sherry Cask, was finished in  Pedro Ximenez (PX) Sherry casks. Smooth rye spice is accented with glazed pastry and dark, jammy fruit notes, with a hint of cherry-vanilla on the palate.

100 proof/50% abv

By federal law, orders containing spirits must be sent to an address where someone 21+ is available to receive and sign for it. If you are gifting spirits, please let the recipient know the gift is coming and they will need to be home to receive and sign for the delivery. After three delivery attempts, if no one can receive and sign, the order will be returned to the retailer and you will receive a refund for the spirits but not for the shipping.
