Barr Hill Gin is distilled once in our custom-built botanical extraction still with wild juniper and then finished with regional raw honey; it provides a finishing touch that makes Barr Hill Gin both complex in character and very easy to enjoy.

Barr Hill gin is my favorite!! The honey syrup is very nice too. Tried the Tom Cat gin out of curiosity and it is much more like a bourbon….so if you like bourbon, you would like this. Shipping and packaging was excellent.

Living in the desert 🏜️ Southwest and typically a rye and American single malt drinker, I was really surprised by the wonderful and unique flavor and experience with Barr Hill Gin. Using Prickly Pear syrup, made here in AZ, along with tonic creates a really refreshing and tasty cocktail with the honey profile of the gin really shining through. Clearly experts at distilling along with using the best ingredients and being great stewards of their community. I cannot recommend Barr Hill enough!

Love this gin’s balance & grace.There is a subtle sweetness and a bit more body from the honey. Botanicals are bold without being too sharp or spicy. Makes a great Negroni, especially with Cynar.
