Barr Hill Mini-Honey

This 2.5oz jar of Barr Hill honey is a cute size for slipping into a gift basket or stuffing into a stocking. 

We source raw, northeastern honey from responsible beekeepers within a 250 mile radius.

Barr Hill honey makes a delicious accompaniment to a cheese platter, is ideal for making a quality cocktail syrup, or can be simply enjoyed by the spoonful.

Honey is an agricultural product and will have natural variation in color and flavor from season to season. Also, real raw honey will crystallize over time. If this happens you can place the honey jar directly in warm (not hot) water, remove the lid and as the honey warms you can stir until the crystals dissolve.
