Reverse Martini

This "reverse martini" works equally well with Barr Hill Gin or Barr Hill Vodka. Be sure to use a quality vermouth, and enjoy a delicious alternative to a high-proof Martini.

Ingredients:
1 oz Barr Hill Gin, or Barr Hill Vodka
2 oz Dry Vermouth
Lemon Twist

Preparation:
Combine Barr Hill Gin (or Vodka) with vermouth in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, then strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Express a lemon twist over the cocktail. Enjoy!
