1.5oz Barr Hill Tom Cat Gin
.75oz Averna Amaro
.75oz Select Aperitivo
Orange Twist Garnish

Stir ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.
