    Pro Pig is renowned for their delicious smoked meats, served in their
    bar and restaurant in Waterbury.

    5th Quarter Butcher & Provisions sources only the highest quality
    VT meat and offers cuts of meat and
    craft housemade sausages in their Waitsfield shop.

SEATINGS

We are offering two seatings for this family-style feast. The first is 5:30 - 7pm, the second is 7 - 8:30pm.

We'll all share a complimentary cocktail toast and raise a glass to good friends and good food.

Our back bar will also be open with seasonal cocktails, beer and wine available to order.

*please note - due to the nature of this family-style event there are no food substitutions available.
