It is always kept raw (never heated or pasteurized) to retain the depth of the character of the land from which it comes. Its floral depth is a testament to the hard work of the honey bees that forage our region. This is truly one of nature's most precious treasures. Try one for yourself or as a gift!

Please note that real raw honey will crystallize over time. If this happens you can place the honey jar in warm (not hot) water and stir until the crystals dissolve.
