    One of our two new Tom Cat Limited Cask Releases celebrating 15 years of Barr Hill Gin! This special release is a blend of Tom Cat finished in cider casks from our friends at Wildbranch Cider, Eden Cider and 1000 Stone Farm. The palate is clean and lightly layered, offering fresh-pressed apple notes, and a delicate floral note alongside the faintest touch of oak and spice. There’s a suggestion of wild ferment—something slightly rustic, slightly alive—woven quietly through the profile. This limited cask offering is finished with a touch of raw honey from our Plainfield hives just a few miles from the distillery.

    Additional Information:

    By federal law, orders containing spirits must be sent to an address where someone 21+ is available to receive and sign for it. If you are gifting spirits, please let the recipient know the gift is coming and they will need to be home to receive and sign for the delivery. After three delivery attempts, if no one can receive and sign, the order will be returned to the retailer and you will receive a refund for the spirits but not for the shipping.
