Pre-Sale Phyllis 6-Year Straight Rye Whiskey

Phyllis 6-Year is a straight rye whiskey distilled in our original distillery in Hardwick before we moved, then patiently aged in our new distillery in Montpelier.

This special release is a blend of 6-year barrels from the same distillation run of Vermont-grown rye and barley in May of 2019.

On the nose you’ll find notes of cherry, red berry pastry and toasted coconut. On the palate fig and vanilla custard give way to a dark caramel and rye spice finish.

Never sourced, Phyllis Rye Whiskey is made 100% from sustainably grown, Vermont grains distilled and aged by us.
