West Worcester Woodfired Smoked Nuts (made by our friends in Worcester, Vermont) are a mix of almonds, cashews, pecans and walnuts. They are smoked, roasted, then tossed them with house-smoked chile oil, Vermont honey, salt, herbs and spices. They have a hint of smokiness, a little sweetness, and a bit of spiciness, and pair perfectly with a Barr Hill cocktail.
